Congratulations to Irvine employee Michelle Benson on being chosen by your peers as Total Property Management's Employee of the 4th Quarter, 2011. In Michelle's six plus years here at Total she has excelled in several different roles. She is currently working as a Community Manager and judging by the feedback we get from her Boards of Directors she is doing a fantastic job for them.
Elva Gonzalez was nominated for the Outstanding Service Award by the Board of Directors for Community Associations Institute - Orange County Regional Chapter. This is her second nomination for an award in the last two years. Way to go Elva, and best of luck! We look forward to supporting you at the Orange County Excellence in Community Awards dinner on Friday, February 3, 2012 at Disney's Grand Californian Hotel.
Thank you John MacDowell for the enlightening and educational seminar. The feedback from the Board Member attendees was very positive. Total would also like to thank the contractors who helped to make this one of the best Seminars that we've put on.

Our Guest Speaker, John MacDowell, Esq. with Fiore, Racobs & Powers, will be covering these topics and answering questions. Prior to the program, we will have trade service contractors providing information.

Total Property Management, Inc. recently joined the elite group of community association management companies who have earned the Accredited Association Management Company (AAMC) designation from Community Associations Institute (CAI). Brian Murphy was presented with the AAMC designation for Total at the CAI National conference in Boca Raton, May 4th 2011. Total Property Management, Inc. is one of only 150 management companies nationwide who have earned the highest level of professional recognition in the community association field.
Congratulations to Elva Gonzalez for being named CAI-OC Recruiter of the Year 2010! Elva serves on the chapters membership committee and brought 10 new members into the CAI-OC chapter in 2010.
