Chief Executive Officer Beverly K. Allen, CAAM, CCAM, CMCA, AMS Ms. Allen has been actively involved in the Common Interest Development industry (CID) since 1983. She is a principal and the CEO of Total Property Management, Inc.  She supported the community association industry as a founding member of California Association of Community Managers, is a current member of the Management Firm Council and is a Certified Community Association Manager (CCAM). Ms. Allen is also a member of Community Associations Institute (CAI) and holds the Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) and the Association Management Specialist (AMS) designations. In addition, Ms. Allen also holds the Certified Arizona Association Manager (CAAM) designation, which is awarded by the Arizona Association of Community Managers (AACM).
	President Brian P. Murphy, CMCA, AMS, PCAM Mr. Murphy has been with Total Property Management since 1992. He is a principal and serves as President of Total Property Management, Inc..  He is a tremendous asset to our team with his financial acumen and is also a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE). He is extremely detail-oriented and focused on providing our clients with the best available financial and advanced technology services. Mr. Murphy is a member of Community Associations Institute (CAI) and holds the Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA), the Association Management Specialist (AMS) and the Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) designations.
	Vice President Elva Gonzalez, CMCA, AMS   Ms. Gonzalez joined the Total Property Management team in 1994.  Her commitment to the industry and her exceptional organizational and administrative skills have proven to be invaluable to our Board Members, Homeowners and our team. Ms. Gonzalez is  a member of  Community Associations Institute (CAI) and holds  the both the Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) and the Association Manager Specialist (AMS) designations. Ms. Gonzalez is a true mentor for our team and in the Common Interest Development (CID)industry.
	Regional Vice President Lori C. Grove, CAAM Ms. Grove joined Total Property Management in 1988. In 2005 Ms. Grove accepted the challenge of opening Total's Arizona office in Phoenix. Her technical aptitude with applicable state laws provide the team with a proactive approach assuring the best result is always being obtained for our clients.  Ms. Grove's years of experience and her thoroughness in understanding the demanding needs of community associations provide an excellent mentor for our staff and clientele. She is certified by Arizona Association of Community Managers (AACM).
	Executive Director, Business Development Phil Young, CCAM, CMCA, AMS Mr. Young has been in the Common Interest Development (CID) industry since 1991, is certified by the California Association of Community Managers (CACM), a past member of the CACM Board of Directors and a two time winner of the prestigious CACM Vision Leadership Award.  Mr Young  is also a member of Community Associations Institute (CAI) and holds  the Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) and the Association Management Specialist (AMS) designations. Mr. Young's critical thought process and adept negotiating skills have made him a leader in the industry. He joined Total Property Management in 2008, bringing an extensive knowledge of CID regulations with a reputation for being innovative, results-oriented and an effective team leader.
