Since 1980 we have been serving Homeowners Associations. We are dedicated to the achievement of long-term success for each community we represent.
We are well known for our caliber of expertise and the longevity of our staff. Total Property Management has assembled a team of experienced and knowledgeable managing agents, highly capable administrative personnel and a meticulous and conscientious accounting department. Currently we have a full-time staff of 27 and growing. We have worked with numerous association boards of directors and currently oversee more than 70 community associations.
Each of our managing agents are required to obtain certification through the California Association of Community Managers (CACM), Community Associations Institute (CAI) or Arizona Association of Community Managers (AACM). Additionally, our staff receives continual training through our in-house mentoring programs and through industry professionals in specialty trades that keeps us advised of "up to the minute" advances to maintain our reputation for cutting-edge leadership.
Our managers have an average experience of over 13 years while the industry average is 6 years. Managers have enjoyed an average employment of almost 10 years with Total with the average at other companies being less than 3 years. Our client communities have benefited from Total Property Management’s leadership for an average of 7 years when the average elsewhere is under 3 years.
